Digital Support for Education
The Department of the Educational Information System is the expert center of the Technical University of Košice for the management and development of the academic information system MAIS and plays a key role in the digital support of education.

Our goal is to create a stable, user-friendly, and efficient environment for managing academic and accommodation agendas. We focus on digitalizing and optimizing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and integrating information across systems that utilize study-related data at TUKE.
System Operation
- Stable, continuous, and seamless operation of the MAIS system
- Maintenance of technical infrastructure (servers, databases, backups)
- Monitoring of system performance and availability
User Support
- Training sessions and workshops for new users and specific modules
- Creation and regular updates of user manuals
- Helpdesk and technical support (via email, phone, or in person)
